A great vintage “Kenbow-furniture” extendable dining table. Round when closed-up and extends to oval. It features a center extension leaf that can be easily folded to close the table. The table has sturdy and beautifully crafted vintage legs. A fantastic combination of vintage charm and mid-century appeal.
The restored wood showcases its original grain patterns and brings out the warmth and richness. We had to do repairs and not just restore, but in overall great restored condition. Minor marks here and there, but all consistent with age and use.

Note: While the chairs (that are sold separately) can fit comfortably under the tabletop, they are not designed to slide in between the table legs.

As with most Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood and a high-quality wood veneer. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the veneer's artistry, condition, and thickness the quality of the old veneer was long-lasting; for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded and refinished.
