A great piece of functional retro design, this vintage Crown table fan features a cream moulded body, chrome wire cage and contrasting dark brown blades. The push button control panel offers three speed settings, while the fan can also oscillate from side to side.
Crown has a long history in consumer electrical goods, with Crown branded fans particularly associated with Asian manufacture from the 1970s onward. Based on the styling and construction, this example appears to date from circa 1970s to early 1980s.
Condition:
In good as is, cleaned working condition (see video provided), with age related surface wear consistent with its vintage character. The fan operates on all three speed settings, the oscillating function works correctly, and it runs remarkably quietly.
Dimensions:

Note/Disclaimer:
Our images form part of the item description. While we make every effort to restore our furniture to its original state, most pieces date from the 1950s to the late 1970s. As a result, and despite restoration, signs of their vintage nature and previous life may still be visible. Light traces of restoration may remain visible, consistent with authentic vintage furniture. In some cases, minor adjustments may also have been made during the restoration process to ensure the piece remains functional and usable. We will point out any notable aspects where possible. We encourage in-store viewing or careful review of photographs before purchase.
