Rare find and a fantastic Fan. A running Fresh'nd- Aire Model 17R fan made in the USA. The plug has been replaced. It still runs with the original motor and the pull chain intact. The bakelite blades are in good condition, with some wear consistent with their vintage condition.
The fan is free-standing or could be mounted (the base allows mounting). The metal casing is still in great condition with a few clips that hold the frame are bent etc, however, the frame is secured and sturdy.
A rare find in a working condition. This fan has 3-speed indicators and is achieved via its original Levolier switch. We have not had this fan serviced as it is running. It may need a service much later on depending on use.
