A Vintage linen 'Camphor' kist manufactured locally during the 60’s by Aristo Craft Furniture. The kist lifts open and reveals a top compartment space and a deep open space. A drop-front door at the bottom reveals a drawer. Ample storage space is available for use. This has been used throughout many years to store linen however it can also be great to place in a nursery to store baby toys or clothes, or a bedroom space.
The wood has been restored and sealed and it is in good restored condition with minor signs in line with age and use. Lock in place along with a key for the drop-fronted door. The maker's mark is placed on the top pull-up door.

As with most Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood and a high-quality wood veneer. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the veneer's artistry, condition, and thickness the quality of the old veneer was long-lasting; for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded and refinished.
