A unique and very useful Mid-Century bookshelf with cabinet and shelf space. The three shelves provide ample book space, along with the lift-top cabinet on the top right corner and door cabinet below the lift-top cabinet. This can be used to display books, plants, collectibles, etc. A piece true to the period. It could also be utilized as a small drinks cabinet as per photos.

The wood has been restored and sealed and this item is in good refurbished condition. Although this piece does not seem locally produced, the solid pine outer with the combination of veneered edges and ply doors add interest and contrast.

123,6cm W X 25,7cm D X 90,2cm H

As with most Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood and a high-quality wood veneer. The quality, old veneer was long-lasting and for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded, and refinished. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the workmanship, condition, and thickness of the veneer itself.
