A true icon of utilitarian mid-century Italian design, this trolley was designed by Giovanni Pelis for Stile Neolt in the late 1960s. Originally conceived for architects and creative professionals, these trolleys were most commonly found in design studios, drafting rooms, and creative workspaces where organisation and mobility were essential. Their form, rolling castors, and compartments offered a compact and efficient alternative to bulky drawer units.
Constructed from molded ABS plastic in a warm off-white tone, this unit features:
- Three shallow drawers with sleek recessed handles
- Three curved open shelves for quick-access storage
- Original rolling castors for easy maneuverability
- Stile Neolt label branding intact at the base
- Key working on the top drawer
Its industrial aesthetic gives it relevance in both retro-inspired and modernist spaces. Use as a bedside cabinet, in the bathroom as a caddy, in the study for paper and stationery, or in the hobby room.
Condition:
Overall, in great vintage condition with age-appropriate wear. There is some gentle, time-earned discoloration to the plastic, consistent with age and use, adding to its authentic vintage character, without affecting functionality.

Note/Disclaimer:
Our images form part of the item/s description. Although every effort is made to refurbish our furniture to represent its original state best, it must be noted that most of the items we source date from the 1950s to the late 1970s. For this reason, and although restored, signs of their vintage condition & age might still be visible. We will normally point out any visible/notable concerns. Take note of all photos or view the item in-store prior to purchasing.
Transport & Handling Note:
All items are carefully wrapped and prepared for transport by us (not the courier) to ensure safe handling. Once items leave our premises, we cannot take responsibility for their treatment by third-party transporters. We strongly recommend arranging goods-in-transit insurance for full protection.
Due to the fragility of glass, we do not recommend shipping glass items outside of Gauteng.
