A striking & stylish display cabinet in an Art Deco style. This is a versatile cabinet as it can be used as a drinks cabinet, bookcase cabinet, or display cabinet. It features three glass shelves and two glass doors with functional locks.
Notice the marquetry on this center panel of the cabinet as well as the detail on the top of the cabinet. This cabinet also has its beautiful original Art Deco handles.
The wood has been refinished yet not overly restored and re-sealed and it is in good restored condition. We added steel tapered legs reminiscent of vintage design, but adding a contemporary twist. The glass has been cleaned and it is in good condition.

As with most Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood and a high-quality wood veneer. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the veneer's artistry, condition, and thickness the quality of the old veneer was long-lasting; for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded and refinished.
