A vintage Photax Darkroom Safelight, featuring its distinctive rounded red filter dome and compact black base. Originally designed to provide safe illumination when working with photographic materials in the darkroom, its simple spherical form also gives it plenty of retro appeal.
Condition:
The safelight is in working order and comes with its original box and directions for use, making it a particularly nice find for collectors of vintage photographic equipment. The original box shows some damage and age related wear, but remains with the piece.
