A distinctive pair of Italian Sgabello Igloo bar chairs, designed by Luisa Battaglia. Crafted from transparent Lucite, these chairs capture the playful yet sophisticated character of modern Italian furniture design.
Featuring softly rounded, oval-shaped backrests, gently curved seats, and slender, tapered legs, the chairs have a light and almost floating appearance. The clear construction allows light to pass through, making them an ideal choice for interiors where visual space is important.
Their sculptural design offers a contemporary twist on traditional bar seating, equally suited to a kitchen counter, breakfast bar, or modern entertaining area. Note the condition report below.

Condition:
Presented as is, cleaned vintage condition, with multiple visible scuffs, scratches, and wear markings throughout the transparent surfaces, consistent with previous use. Despite these cosmetic imperfections, both chairs remain sturdy, stable, and in good functional condition.
Note: The average seat height of a counter stool is 60- 65 cm H
