A stunning Walnut and Teak Mid-Century vanity, chest or sideboard with drawers and cabinet spaces standing on tapered legs, manufactured by L.Lazarus and Sons (Uniflex furniture) for Grange, London.
The three drawers are inclusive of a divided top drawer and shelved cabinet space on each side cabinet. Stunning inlaid marquetry on top drawer.
This piece has a unique angular design viewed from the front and side. Solid brass handles add charm and character to this item. We received this piece without the mirror, however add a mirror to the wall as shown in our photos or use it as a smaller sideboard, TV unit or chest of drawers for added storage.
This item is in fantastic refurbished condition with minor signs of it’s vintage condition consistent with age and use. The wood has been restored and sealed.

As with most Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood and a high-quality wood veneer. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the veneer's artistry, condition, and thickness the quality of the old veneer was long-lasting; for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded and refinished.
