A stunning sideboard that was manufactured by 'Reliable Furniture" featuring classic lines with great Kiaat wood grain detailing. This sideboard features a drop-front cocktail/drinks cabinet and a two-door cabinet that reveals two inner shelves. It has three drawers with stunning wooden handle detail and the bottom drawer is a cutlery drawer with felt-lining at the bottom of the drawer. The drop-front cabinet has a split-level shelf and space for bottles.
The wood has been fully restored and sealed and it is in good vintage condition.

As with most Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood and a high-quality wood veneer. The quality, old veneer was long-lasting and for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded and refinished. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the workmanship, condition and thickness of the veneer itself.
