Beautifully shaped wooden framed armchair with a curved back. Everything points to it being manufactured by either DS Vorster or Strongbow. The arms are beautifully shaped. The wooden frame is fully restored and upholstery done in Hertex, Regale Oasis. Although the chair is low the seat is deep and therefore comfortable for tall persons too. We have two available. The chairs are priced individually since there are variances in the height of the frames and backs of the chairs. Should they not stand next to each other, the visibility in terms of the height differences are less.

Cape Town / Durban shipment is NOT calculated at check-out. When purchasing from these areas, select local pick up at check-out . Delivery to these areas are quoted for based on the dimensions of the item/s bought. We can unfortunately not reserve any items until such a time that transport or shipping have been finalized (the item should be purchased and checked out). Refer shipping policy.

Although all effort is made to refurbish our furniture to best represent their original state, it must be noted that majority of the items we source date between the 1950’s to late 1970’s. For this reason and although restored, signs of their vintage condition & age might still be visible. We will normally point out any visible / notable concerns.
