A sought-after piece. An Imbuia, EE Meyer for 'Binnehuis' designed sideboard. Alongside other noteworthy designers, EE Meyer was one of South Africa's most renowned furniture makers during the mid-century period and produced exceptional quality furniture.
Note the beautiful clean lines and rounded shapes and the warm tones of the Imbuia wood. The four drawers underneath the solid imbuia top provide good storage, yet not detracting from the design lines. Four cabinet doors, reveal solid imbuia shelved storage.
The wood has been stripped of its old varnish, fully refurbished and restored and this piece is in superb restored condition.
