A very unique Mid-century Sapele Mahogany dresser with a stool. In period typical style with the wishbone leg detail and a large slanted mirror. Three drawers on the bottom with a glass-shelved side cabinet provides sufficient storage space. This dresser will fit in perfectly with any style and interiors and has a lot of space to store makeup, hairstyling appliances, jewellery, etc. Outstanding detail, design and craftsmanship.

The wood has been fully restored and sealed and the seat has been re-upholstered in a midnight blue fabric from Hertex Fabrics.

The item is in great vintage condition .Please do note that we have placed a new lock and it does have a key and the mirror is still in good vintage condition

As with most Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood and a high-quality wood veneer. The quality, old veneer was long-lasting and for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded and refinished. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the workmanship, condition and thickness of the veneer itself.
