A dressing table with a stool in all probability designed by John Tabraham. The dressing table has a sleek and streamlined design characteristic of Mid-Century furniture. A combination of clean lines, slightly angled legs, and small brass accents. A warm, rich Kiaat wood tone is visible throughout.
The three drawers have sunken handles creating a seamless and minimalist look. The one deeper drawer is great for hairdryers etc.
This dressing table with a stool combines timeless design with functionality.
The wood has been fully restored and sealed. The stool seat, originally upholstered in a cranberry pink, adds a pop of color.

Note/Disclaimer:
Our images form part of the item/s description. Although all effort is made to refurbish our furniture to represent its original state best, it must be noted that most of the items we source date from the 1950s to the late 1970s. Take note of all photos or view the item in-store prior to purchasing.
As with most Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood and a high-quality wood veneer. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the veneer's artistry, condition, and thickness the quality of the old veneer was long-lasting; for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded and refinished.
