A Beautiful dining set that consists of an extendable dining room table and six ladderback dining chairs.
The chairs are both timeless and elegant yet very comfortable with their seats being slightly wider.
The round table has a butterflied extendable leaf and the table extends to an oval shape. The seats are upholstered in a stone color Hertex fabric with a few specks of blue - see the close-up photos.
The wood of both the table and the chairs has been fully restored and sealed and in excellent restored condition with only one minor mark on the table, not very noticeable.

As with most Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood and a high-quality wood veneer. The quality, old veneer was long-lasting and for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded and refinished. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the workmanship, condition, and thickness of the veneer itself.
