A beautiful Mid-Century curved Kiaat bar with a footrest and 3 chairs. A stylish Mid-Century option to store glasses, bottles, barware and serve drinks. There is good storage on the open shelves at the back of the bar including a one-door cabinet.
The solid wood & veneer has been restored and sealed and are in good vintage condition and new upholstery added to the bar chairs in a petrol green Hertex fabric. Note that all the chairs are the same seat height, but the chair that is to be the 'barman's' chair has a slightly different design from the back. See pics

As with mostly all Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood AND a high-quality wood veneer. The quality, old veneer was long-lasting and for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded and refinished. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the workmanship, condition and thickness of the veneer itself
