A beautifully crafted kiaat 8-10 seater extendable dining table. A unique leg base design adds interest and makes this table visibly appealing from various angles. The table has a classic shape that will stay relevant for years to come. The extendable butterflied leaf neatly tucks away when the table is not extended.

The wood has been stripped. refurbished & re-sealed and the table is in excellent refurbished condition. Note the slideable mechanism on the side of the table, is in this instance made of steel and this could have been a replacement over the years, but is in excellent working condition. Only noticeable when looking underneath - as per last pic.

Depending on the size of your chairs it seats 8 comfortably and 10 if toe chairs placed at the head of the table.

As with most Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood and a high-quality wood veneer. The quality, old veneer was long-lasting and for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded and refinished. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the workmanship, condition, and thickness of the veneer itself.
