- Fantastic Condition: We have refurbished the wood, but did not over restore the bed & pedestals. This vintage bed is in fabulous condition, a testament to its exceptional care and maintenance over the years. One side base panel underwent reinforcement and several dowels were replaced, indicating minor repair marks. Notably, these are predominantly situated on the interior portion of the bottom platform, rendering them inconspicuous upon assembly. Furthermore, the mattress slats remain in satisfactory condition, showing minor wear in the elastics that secures them in place, yet this wear is overall minimal.
