A fully restored, Imbuia-finished, vintage cabinet. Compact, yet functional in its design. It is multi-purpose, though it was most probably originally made to be a drinks cabinet. It features three shelved spaces to the left and another drop-down drinks section with shelves below, behind the door on the right. Great size, not a big cabinet, but good storage and functionality.
We have added wood to the bottom of the cabinet to ensure the stability of the freshly added black steel hairpin legs. The cabinet has been stripped, sanded, and refinished in Danish oil & suitable sealant to the wood. We have opted or to feature this without glass sliding doors over the shelves space.

Note/Disclaimer:
Although all effort is made to refurbish our furniture to best represent its original state, it must be noted that most of the items we source date between the 1950s to the late 1970s. For this reason and although restored, signs of their vintage condition & age might still be visible. We will normally point out any visible/notable concerns. Take note of all photos or view the item in-store prior to purchasing.
As with most Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood and a high-quality wood veneer. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the veneer's artistry, condition, and thickness The quality of the old veneer was long-lasting; for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded and refinished.
