A timeless mid-century icon, the Diamond Chair remains one of Harry Bertoia’s most celebrated designs — an elegant interplay of space, form, and function. Like his contemporaries Saarinen and Mies van der Rohe, Bertoia transformed industrial materials into sculptural works of art, creating a design that is both visually light and structurally strong. Use individually or paired as occasional chairs in lounge or bedroom.
This set of early 2000s reproduction Diamond Chairs features polished chrome frames that have been cleaned and treated, presenting in very good overall condition. Each chair comes with a black vinyl seat and back pad that can be attached if desired.
While the pads have not been used and show some creasing, they will soften and develop a more relaxed, “lived-in” character with use. The rubber floor-protection pads are intact (one is absent in one chair), ensuring the chairs remain gentle on floors.
