These are two oversized floral art prints by Bernice Fine, a known illustrator and textile designer whose work typically features bold, stylized botanicals with a vintage-modern aesthetic. Both pieces feature large, central yellow daffodil flowers surrounded by a dense arrangement of tropical and garden flora, drawn in a graphic, illustrative style with strong linework and subtle shading. The background is a stark black, creating high contrast and making the florals visually pop — a technique often used by Fine to bring vibrancy and dimensionality to her compositions.
Each print is signed in pencil by the artist, suggesting they may be limited edition lithographs or offset prints, typical of Fine’s work from the 1970s–1980s. The frames and matting appear original or period-appropriate, adding to their retro charm.
Condition:
In good as-is cleaned condition — well-maintained, showing gentle signs of age consistent with vintage pieces.
Note: small crack in the left-hand corner of the main daffodil 'looking' left.
