A striking hand-blown art glass bowl featuring flowing ribbons of burnt orange, white, and rich red speckled inclusions. Its substantial weight gives it a luxurious, quality feel, while the organic patterning ensures no two viewing angles are quite the same. The bowl is signed, although the maker has proven exceptionally difficult to identify.
The sculptural four-rest design and polished finish beautifully showcase the depth and movement of the coloured canes, making it as much a decorative object as a functional piece. There is a faint studio signature on the bottom, almost not visible - see photo for reference.
