"Mizuwari" (水割り) is a Japanese term that translates to "mixed with water" or "water and divide". It refers to a specific way of drinking spirits, particularly whisky, where it's mixed with water, ice, and sometimes stirred a certain number of times according to tradition. 

Sasaki glass/Western tableware:

Sasaki Glass Co. was founded in 1902, in Tokyo, Japan, by Sojiro Sasaki. They produced tableware and art glass. In 2002, they merged with Toyo Glass Co., to become Toyo-Sasaki Glass (TSG),
