Standing proudly, the sideboard boasts four drawers, thoughtfully designed to accommodate various essentials, with a dedicated cutlery drawer adding a touch of practical elegance. Its two doors conceal spacious storage in a contrasting wood tone. This immediately brightens up the storage space.

A testament to its authenticity and enduring quality, the sideboard features a back crafted from Kiaat board (and not your typical plywood board), meticulously restored to pristine condition. This attention to detail underscores its value as a central focal point in any room, inviting admiration from any angle. 

Fully restored and repaired. Overall this piece is in great restored condition with a few marks here and there consistent with age. Crafted mostly from solid wood. Some research indicates Kiaat & Walnut.

As with most Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood and a high-quality wood veneer. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the veneer's artistry, condition, and thickness the quality of the old veneer was long-lasting; for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded and refinished.
