Featuring a cantilever bentwood frame, the Kroken Chair delivers unparalleled comfort with its profile seat and headrest. The original beige leather, characteristic of the 70s style, enhances its nostalgic charm and was kept for this purpose.
In good overall condition with aged wear on the leather. The wooden frames were fully restored and the original leather cleaned, conditioned & repaired as best as possible to retain its original appearance albeit the patinaed leather, which we opted to keep in this manner. Inner foam replaced where needed. This vintage chair shows some natural wear on the leather adding to its treasured character. Take note of the photos or view instore.

As with most Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood and a high-quality wood veneer. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the veneer's artistry, condition, and thickness. The quality of the veneer was long-lasting; for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded and refinished.
