A Retro coffee table in a Walnut finish and slightly rounded “surfboard” design. Tapered legs with brass capped feet and rich walnut wood grain finish the look for a simple, elegant piece.
The wood has been sanded and sealed and it is in overall good restored condition.

As with most Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood and a high-quality wood veneer. The quality, old veneer was long-lasting and for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded and refinished. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the workmanship, condition and thickness of the veneer itself.
