A low cubist style Kiaat Mid-Century cabinet. This versatile cabinet can be used as a low chest, TV/ media cabinet, etc. The solid wooden carved handles is a beautiful feature.

Structurally very sound. The wood has been restored and sealed and the cabinet is in good vintage condition with a minor dip in centre.

As with mostly all Mid-Century pieces it is a good combination of solid wood & a high quality wood veneer. Quality old veneer was long-lasting and for this reason it can be retouched or sanded and refinished. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on workmanship, condition and thickness of the veneer itself.
