A great vintage compact corner cabinet. The two open-shelved cabinet sides of the unit cabinet are useful to store books, glasses, etc. The centered corner cabinet is shelved behind the door and provides good storage. A beautifully made and practical design that makes it easy to fit among other pieces of furniture with similar wood tones but also looks great by itself. This is not a big unit, but serves a big purpose.
The wood has been stripped, sanded, restored, and sealed and this is in excellent restored condition. The cabinet door has to be locked to keep the door closed.

As with most Mid-Century pieces, it is a good combination of solid wood and a high-quality wood veneer. The history of veneer on furniture is a long and honorable tradition, and it depends on the veneer's artistry, condition, and thickness the quality of the old veneer was long-lasting; for this reason, it can be retouched or sanded and refinished.
