SEA Glasbruk (also known as SEA of Sweden) was a Swedish glassworks founded in 1956 in Kosta, part of the region known as Sweden’s “Kingdom of Crystal.” The company became known for its handmade decorative glassware, often characterized by simple yet elegant forms, textured surfaces, and a focus on craftsmanship. While not as internationally famous as Orrefors or Kosta Boda, SEA’s output reflected the same high-quality Scandinavian design ethos, valuing both utility and beauty. The glassworks eventually closed in the early 2000s, making their pieces increasingly sought after by collectors of mid-20th-century Scandinavian glass.
Condition:
This vase is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, scratches, or cracks – only slight signs of wear consistent with age and use.
